It was a very expensive hotel, which on paper sounded wonderful, but in real it did not live up to the expensive price..... I can't believe Oliver Cromwell would be proud to have his name to this hotel!...

super clean rooms, well-kept car park, beautiful decor
The air conditioning is a joke!!! Slippery bathroom floors are a health hazard, and it would be lovely to have extra water available in rooms instead of just a minimum setup!!! Little things count!!!

The fact that it was centrally located and easily within reach of shops etc. The room was clean and comfortable and on the first floor, which, being disabled, was convenient for me.
The ventilation and temperature control was not good in the room, it was hot and dry. There is a step down into the bathroom which is quite deep, and therefore a hazard. Also, the lounge has no seating, to wait for a taxi, I had ti wait by the front door.
